Hi! I'm a sprinter but I want to have a stamina which middle/long distance posses. Is that possible? How?Does the event sprinter in track %26amp; field could possibly give me a very strong stamina?
Yes your white so you don't have extreme slow twitch (kenyan) or extreme fast twitch (west African) your a jack of all trades so middle distance is perfect just run middle distance/long distances and your body will adapt.
If however your white and you were one of the fastest kids at school then your lucky enough to be born with fast twitch muscle fibres like alot of west africans are so try out for long or high jump 400m etc.Does the event sprinter in track %26amp; field could possibly give me a very strong stamina?

Absolutely!. Start running middle/long distance (distances) and you will have their stamina level!. Too easy!
