What drills should I be doing to become a faster sprinter?

My 100m is 13 seconds and I want it to be faster. What drills should I be doing everyday to drop a second or so in a week or 2? Right now I'm lifting weights to get my leg muscles stronger and arms. I do this everynight 5-7 times a weekWhat drills should I be doing to become a faster sprinter?
Practice coming out of the blocks. And a ton of 100M and 200M sprints would help. Lunges and squats would help. You should also eat healthier and try to lose some weight, if you have any to lose. Try running a long distance run every week for more stamina, and at least 1-2 miles every day. What drills should I be doing to become a faster sprinter?
you're not gonna drop a second in 1 week no matter what you do and lifting weights that many times a week isn't going to help if you aren't doing the right exercises.

You also need to make sure your technique is correct.

Try to integrate these drills into your workout program

High Knees: 10 meters - jog - 10 meters - rest Sprint 10 meters concentrating on raising knees as higher than normal. Jog for 10 meters and then sprint for 10 meters and rest.

Fast Knee Pick Ups: 10 meters - jog - 10 meters - rest Jogging on the spot raise your knees to waist height while emphasizing arm action. Move forward 10 meters with this action concentrating on the number of ground contacts rather than how fast you cover the distance.

Flicks: 10 meters - jog - 10 meters - rest While sprinting over 10 meters concentrate on flicking your heels up to touch your butt.

Leg Speed: 60 meters This is a normal sprint over 60 meters except all of your focus should be on your legs.

High Hops: 3 x 40 meters Bound from one foot to the other.

Elbow Drive: 40 meters Sprint for 40 meters concentrating on driving your elbow in a straight line. Keep your elbows flexed at right angles while keeping your arms relaxed.

Remember to recover fully between drills.
