Do they help that much?
How hard is it to get used to them? What is the purpose of risers on sprinter spikes?
The risers are there for traction like for long distance events like the 1600. I do both the 1600 and the 100. In the 100 I really don't even notice the risers and on the 1600 I definitely feel more traction than if I had just plain sprinting spikes with no risers. So ya they help. As for getting used to them i personally didn't think they were that hard to get used to, there just like my sprinting spikes but with more umpf. And traction. hope this helps! What is the purpose of risers on sprinter spikes?
it gets you better traction so you dont slip in sprinting events
