I am a track field sprinter and im in the middle of the season and im goin to start lifting weights again.. (Lower body) Last year i attempted this and my times got slower..
Should i lift then do plyos right after?
or lift then do plyos the day after?
Or should it be the other way around?
What am i doing wrong?|||You should do plyos immediately after lifting and then do 10x100 strides.
Do a total body routine not just lower body.
You should do this twice each week.
The amount of weights you use depends on the time of the season, that is pre, mid, or late.
