What muscles should i work out as a sprinter?

Im a 15 year old sprinter who weighs 125 pounds. I run the 100m, 200m and 70m sprints. My best 100m time is 12.4 but i want to get better. i know to train the legs but what muscles in particular affect sprinting? also if you come up with some muscles, could you give me some exercises for that particular muscle? thanks a lot|||You use all of your muscles to sprint so you should exercise all of your muscles.


If you are going to lift weights you need to do a total body routine, and do plyometrics twice each week.


Also do lots of abdominal and core work.|||Do some squats to work your quadriceps.|||All.
