well the track season is starting and indoor nationals is almost here. and i want to break a few national and state records (in my whole running career i've broke 5 state records) but i want to break more and some national records. how can i be stronger than all of my opponents physically and mentally? how can i be faster than all of my opponents? any excercise suggestions?How can I be a physically and mentally stronger and faster sprinter?
