What exercises should i do to become a faster sprinter?

I am playing soccer and i would like to know what exercises i can do to help me sprint faster and also what muscles should i work out to gain speed?What exercises should i do to become a faster sprinter?
50 meter speed work

100 meter speed work

striding exercises

breathing exercises

endurance work

developing 400 meter strength

high knees

but kicks

skipping for height

skipping for length

karaoke

box jumps

jump back and forth

jump side to side

abb killers/planks

weights

push ups

six inches

leg lifts

pull ups

Jackknifes

squats

frog jumps

calf raises lunges

sit ups/ crunches

there is only one type of exercise which all sprinters use to gain maximum speed and that is plyometric exercises

These exercises focus on explosive movements which help to develop the fast twitch muscle fibers which are necessary for improving speed.

before doing any plyometric exercies you should warm up because some of the exercises put too much strain on the muscles



types of plyometric exercises are:



sqauts

bounding uphill

standing long jump

hurdling jumps

box jumps

single leg hopping

tuck jumps

bunny hops



some of these exercises are low, medium and high intensity, so make you do the ones that you feel comfortable
