How can i use a weighted vest to make me a faster sprinter?

I have a weighted vest in my house that goes up to 50 pounds, how should i use it to make me a faster sprinter (40 yard dash, 100 meter sprint ect.)?|||Use the vest while doing plyometrics, not running.


You can also wear it when running stairs or stadium bleachers.
