How to start a sprinter after replacing the intake manifold?

i replaced the intake manifold, and am having trouble getting the engine started. I removed the fuel line off the top of the fuel filter and used a blow gun to blow fuel out the line. I still can't seem to get the engine started. it cranks, but to no prevailHow to start a sprinter after replacing the intake manifold?
Sounds like the timing is off. Rotate the engine so the #1 cylinder is top dead center on the compression stroke and then check the alignment of the distributor rotor to the #1 plug wire.



If you're within at least 15 degrees either side of the proper timing then it should at least fire and try to start or run rough until you adjust the timing while running.
