i play soccer and ive been struggling with my pace for a while. what exercises can i do to improve my acceleration and overall speed. i hear stuff like box jumps and other plyometric workouts help what other exercises can i do?What exercises can i do to become a faster sprinter?
1. k go to a small park
2. run across the park full sprint
3. rest 15 seconds
4. run back
5. rest 10 seconds
etc...
that will help you with running on and on
also do you have leg weights you can tie around your legs?
if so run with those on fast as you can go..then take them off and you run a WHOLE lot faster
acceleration: start running across the park slow jog then pick up the speed and SPRINT the rest of the way

omg you should try this work out that my Track Coach told us to do. Its called Intervals. So you pick an interval like street lamp to street lamp or house to house and you jog one interval and sprint the other. its pretty fun haha ;D
