I want to be faster for track and basketball but i dont know what i should do. What are some things I can ddo to buildl my leg muscle so i can be a better sprinter?|||Simple do resistance training especially with resistance bands including jumping.
Try doing medicine ball jumps
Do more short sprints like 40 meter dashes and 50 meter dashes in the gym.
Work on short hill sprints
Run backwards do loosen up your hamstrings
Cross train with wall climbing or running in the pool.
Certain days sprint a bit longer such as 100 meters or 200 meters.
Try 1 mile jogging warm ups and cool downs.
Do plyometrics
