All my life I've been involved in dance and gymnastics and am very flexable. However this year I became a sprinter and am developing very tight strong muscles. This is great for my sprinting but Im beginning to lose my flexablilty. Is there a way I can b able to do both?|||Yes, I have had several dancers who ran hurdles, in fact the best two hurdlers I have coached were dancers.
You can keep your flexibility by stretching, and continuing to do your dance and gymnastics work.|||I agree. Just keep doing your dancing and gymnastics. As long you keep up with your stretching and everything you'll be able to do all three and still be flexible.
