I own the nike plus system and my goal is to be a faster runner at sprinting, and i also want to increase my stamina and endurance. I have been running 2km for 3 weeks the month at a pace of 4:30 minutes per km. Would this help me become a better sprinter,if not what would. Please tell me if skipping or plyometrics will work.|||do ALOT of plyo.. if you know somewhere where you can jump over hurtles do that! just set them on the lowest height, stand INFRONT of it and jump over it with both feet together..
and run alot more than 2 km a week, try maybe.. 20-30. some days fast, some days a little slower. |||no 2k a week wont make you faster
you need to get out and run 6 times a week|||to become a better sprinter you need to sprint hard when ever you run.. don't belive that running for endurance will increase you speed in sprinting. endurance running will increase the distance you can run but you should try doing a fast set of sprints and then the next day a jog for 2 km... and switch so you don't pull anything. but to becomea ffaster sprinter you needt o train fast.
