For a sprinter, if feel the effects of lactic acid and my muscles slow down is training for the day enough?

For an inexperienced sprinter, I tried running 3 full speed 100m dashes the other day and I couldnt carry on to run another because my biceps calfs were feeling the latic acids.

Should I just keep doing 3 a day and when my stamina improves keep adding more sprints?|||If you are training for speed then you are supposed to have a full recuperation, rest 5 minutes between dashes. If you are training for speed endurance then stop at 3 until your stamina improves.|||if you don't feel the burn your body won't learn. However i would say this. Stop. Short burst exercise isn't good, even sprinters do other exercise in between.

Do wind sprints instead to build up your stamina or something, y'know 30 seconds jogging, 10 seconds max speed or something. Do things like skipping etc to help build up your stamina too.

Do the sprints as well by all means, but have some padding between them. And make sure you warm up stretch and warm down propperly.
