Hi! I REALLY REALLY like sprinting, but because 75-80% of my entire 2 years training is in distance training, I am having a hard time catching some of my sprinter team mates.
One thing that I am sure, my running form is much more better than them, because I really did research on how a real sprinter runs. Do you have any idea how I can beat them?|||if you're sprinting, rather than long distance, you are using different muscles. you need to build up that explosive power in your legs to become a better sprinter. i take it you know how to do that ;)
oh, and try peeing right before hand! it makes you lighter lol|||you should try to push yourself as fast as you can and practice
