Should I buy some vibram fivefingers shoes to warm up in being that I'm a short sprinter?

I am a short sprinter looking to by some vibram fivefingers shoes but I am not sure if I should. I wouldn't use them to sprint, though I looking to buy some new warm up shoes. Im a little shaky about these shoes because they dont have a lot of cushion and I run pigeon toed so I dont want them to be uncomfortable. Up shoes , buy running shoes. I recommend the Nike free run( lots of cushioning and very flexible) or the adidas adiprene or adizero.
