I started as a sprinter in winter track for the 50 yard dash and now im in spring track for the 100 yard dash. I want to know how could i get better at sprinting while avoiding chin splints like I have now?|||work on your form. Your arms should move 'cheek to cheek' ( so your arm should go from your butt cheek to your face cheek) you will move faster. Remember to raise you knees and also practice coming out of the blocks.|||Run on the balls of your feet!
and if you start to feel you shins hurting ice it.
And if you can get one of the roller to get the knots out.
Well if you have flat feet and your a really fast runner you might want to get your arc taped before your race.
