What are some good exercises a sprinter can do in a swimming pool?

In a pool, what are some good exercises I can do to increase leg muscles and be able to run faster. I am a sprinter and I heard leg resistance in water is better for distance.|||run of the spot ir in a line if the pool doesnt get to deep.





swim holding a float as far as you can infron of you with straight arms and swim lengths in diff strokes each time so you're concerntrating more of you're legs.





tred water staying still.





hold on the side of the pool with arm and kick legs.|||You can try to run the distance of the pool becasue the water will be resistant then. Also try jumping up and down! Good luck! =)
